Another great holiday let property photographed! Amberley is a beautiful, idyllic village in West Sussex. I’ve been there a few times before to take photos for this same client for one of his other businesses. This time I was to photograph their newly built, rather special home.

Looks very modern and unassuming on the outside, right? I love the gorgeous, warm tones of the wooden walls. Are you intrigued to see the inside?

When you step inside, you are immediately impressed with the space: the vastness of it, and the amount of natural light that floods the home.

Upstairs is the lounge area with big windows through both sides of the building: one with a view of the South Downs hills, and the other of the Amberley Wildbrooks – an extensive lowland area towards north (part of Arun Valley).

There’s some lovely artwork throughout the house.

… which also comes with a fabulous view.

At the back is en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and two overhead showers.

Let’s go back downstairs via the long bridge, embracing the light and the nature that feels so close by.

There is another big guest bedroom downstairs with en suite bathroom and a terrace.

A slightly smaller room for little ones.

And a spectacularly cool study.

Another beautifully decorated, stylish bathroom.

And then of course the kitchen that we already saw a glimpse of looking down from the bridge.
